With great sadness we bid farewell to our long-time colleague Thorsten Bausch, who passed away far too soon on June 22, 2025, at the age of just 53, after a short, serious disease.
Thorsten Bausch founded our Frankfurt am Main office in 2012 together with Armin Dienst. There, he primarily advised automotive suppliers, medical device manufacturers, and energy providers on contract law, general civil law, procedural law, and corporate law.
As a member of a disaster relief unit, Thorsten Bausch volunteered for the Red Cross.
He will be greatly missed by the firm, his long-time partner and close friend Armin Dienst, and also by his clients, for whom he always fought passionately and with great dedication.
Our thoughts are with his wife and two children.
With sad regards,
Loh Rechtsanwälte
